Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) continues to strengthen its global and regional ties through impactful collaborations with universities, industries, and government agencies. In 2024, UTB welcomed delegations and formalised partnerships with leading institutions such as City University of Hong Kong, Hainan University, Hadhramout University, and University College London, fostering academic exchange and research collaboration.
Strategic alliances with Brunei Fertilizer Industries Sdn. Bhd., Heidelberg Materials Butra Sdn. Bhd., and Imagine Sdn. Bhd. further bridge academia with industry. Regionally, UTB played an active role in the Konsortium Universiti Universitas Borneo (KUUB), hosting major meetings and conventions that strengthen educational cooperation across Borneo.
Cultural diplomacy also thrived through partnerships with embassies, including the Royal Thai Embassy, Embassy of the Philippines, and the European Union, enriching campus diversity and international engagement.
Through these dynamic collaborations, UTB continues to expand its global footprint, driving innovation, cultural exchange, and shared progress.
