The Estate office is responsible for the physical development, maintenance, repair, and operation of campus buildings and grounds. We are a service oriented organisation who provide around-the-clock response to facilities and grounds-related issues on campus to keep the buildings, classrooms, and grounds well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our aim is to support the teaching, learning and research activities in enabling UTB to achieve its goals. The objectives are to deliver projects within the set goals, resources and specified time, to execute effective pro-active maintenance, and to handle complaints and requests efficiently.
