The Administration Section
The Administration Section is responsible for service records, contract renewal and promotion, posts confirmation, salary increments/reviews, leave management, discipline matters, staff appraisal, accommodation, circulars, mailing and filing. The Section is headed by an Assistant Registrar.

The Rewards Development Section
The Rewards Development Section is responsible in the development of remuneration policies and programs that enable the university to manage and motivate the workforce to a level of excellence. The Section is headed by an Assistant Registrar. The Assistant Registrar assists in the development of rewards and expand its programs that enable UTB to give high level of motivation that would increase level of excellence.
