As part of UTB supports to achieve the Nation WAWASAN 2035, UTB has released its Strategic Plan for 2024-28 in January 2024. In this strategic plan, UTB hopes to cultivate towering talents for a sustainable, global, and enterprising society, deeply rooted in our national philosophy (MIB) as we strive towards realizing Wawasan Brunei 2035 as stated in its mission. UTB vision is to become “Global University of the Future”.

The office of the Planning and Development is responsible for drafting and publishing the Strategic Plan document. We will continue to assist principle officers and senior management to monitor and review the KPIs yearly in order to push for the achievement of UTB vision 2028.
