  1. Log in to BIBD Online App either through BIBD Website or BIBD NEXGEN Wallet app

  2. Select ‘Payment Services/Donations’, next ‘Bill Payment’, then select ‘UTB-Gov Payment’under ‘All Payees’ section and to fill in the next steps by referring to the guideline as shown below:
