  1. Log in to BIBD Online App either through BIBD Website or BIBD NEXGEN Wallet app

  2. Select ‘Payment Services/Donations’, next ‘Bill Payment’, then select ‘TABUNG UTB’ under ‘All Payees’ section and to fill in the next steps by referring to the guideline as shown below:

Type in Company's name

eg. Syarikat ABC

Type in Qtn/Tend Reference no.

e.g. UTB/QTN/2021-2022/10/EST

  1. Proof of payment must be submitted to payment.info@utb.edu.bn, cc salinawati.damit@utb.edu.bn
  2. Receipt will be issued after payment confirmation.

Once payment has been made, please send us the screenshot/payment receipt and email to  payment.info@utb.edu.bn and cc  etty.metussin@utb.edu.bn & salinawati.damit@utb.edu.bn

And include the following details:

  • COMPANY’S FULL NAME (for issue of receipt)
  • COMPANY’S EMAIL ADDRESS
  • Contact person’s mobile phone number/company’s office telephone number
  • Quotation/Tender reference no & quantity to buy, e.g.
    • UTB/QTN/2021-2022/10/EST – 1 set
    • UTB/QTN/2021-2022/07/ADM – 1 set
  • Total amount (B$): B$20.00
  • Issuance of UTB Official receipt will be via email.
