Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) is organising ATU-Net Global Technovation Hackathon 2022 (ATU-Net GTech 2022), which will be hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

All students from ICT, Engineering, Management and Business academic backgrounds are welcome to participate in ATU-Net GTech 2022. Themed “Harnessing Innovation to Combat Climate Change”, ATU-Net GTech 2022 will be conducted in hybrid mode, of which finalists will be competing at UTM, Malaysia physically for the final sprint with sponsored accommodation, full board meals, and ground transportation.


Great networking sessions with students from other countries, learning opportunities via webinar sessions delivered by prominent speakers of various fields, and mentoring are curated during the 2nd evaluation to help guide students towards becoming the champion. All teams will stand a chance to win CASH PRIZES and the top 3 winners will have special slots to present their winning ideas at the UTM University Presidents Forum on 18th November 2022 (Friday).

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), in collaboration with Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net), is calling for participants to join in the Micro-Credential Competition of New Academia Learning Innovation 2022 (NALI 2022) as an attempt of sharing learning best practices in Teaching and Learning.

With the theme “Nurturing Hyflex Teaching and Learning Innovation”, NALI 2022 is a great platform to showcase innovative solutions for Teaching and Learning and every participant will stand a chance to become the top three winners with medals and certificates provided as the prizes.

As a joint organiser, NALI 2022 provides a great opportunity to all ATU-Net members to participate in the event with offered special rates of which early birds fees are imposed until the registration closes.

Emphasising Culture and History and Technology and EngineeringVirtual Asia Exploration (VAx) Batch 3 is calling for students of ATU-Net member institutions to participate in this virtual mobility programme. Six host universities from Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Thailand and Japan collaborate to conduct the 14-week lecture and evaluate students' individual reports, group projects and presentationsCertificate of Completion and transcript will be awarded to participants who attend more than 80 per cent of the classes and satisfy all the assessments.

Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Japan is now calling for students to participate in the Research Exchange Program (laboratory-assigned program) that offers a wide variety of Research Lab List and Designated Research Project Programs to choose from. Students will be conducting the research or to experience the laboratory work under the supervision of SIT Professors. Details of the program are as follows:
