Counselling Unit

Our counsellors can assist both staff and students to gain a clearer understanding of the problems you face and how to identify appropriate strategies so you can make the best possible decision for yourself.

 

The Counselling Unit aims to support the emotional, psychological, social development and well-being of the university staff and students.

The unit provides confidential, safe and professional counselling services. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
  • Provide crisis support if you need help immediately.
  • Provision of consultation and liaison with internal staff and external agencies on counselling dynamics in a teaching environment.
  • Make operational arrangements for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Student Programs abroad.
