The final day of the Crown Prince CIPTA Award 2023 seminar series carrying the theme 'Pave the Way Forward with Stakeholders’ was held this morning in hybrid mode, physically in Lecture Theater 2 of UTB and  virtually through the Zoom platform

This year's CIPTA 2023 Seminar, organised by UTB in collaboration with Brunei LNG Sdn Bhd, was the second series conducted in conjunction with the CIPTA 2023 Award and the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition (MYCE) 2023.

Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Muhammad Hafiy bin Haji Serkan, Head of HR Business Partner of Brunei LNG Sdn Bhd.

The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat, followed by welcoming remarks from Yang Mulia Dr.Wida Susanty binti Haji Suhaili, Head of the Seminar Committee of CIPTA 2023 and moderator of the seminar.

In the welcoming remarks, Dr. Wida stated the “three-day series is designed to encapsulate the audience’s knowledge to another level, to materialise your ideation, to bring that idea and creation to a higher level, but also to evaluate why you came up with that idea in the first place.”

The event proceeded with five prominent panelists addressing five topics throughout the seminar. Yang Mulia Dr. Sharina Yunus from UTB's Enterprise Office delivered on the 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺. Yang Mulia Malai Ayla Surya Malai Haji Abdullah, Head of External Relations for Brunei LNG Sdn Bhd, then discussed the 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱. Yang Mulia Muhammad Syu'aib Ahmad Rafaie, Executive Officer of Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) delivered the 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘍𝘭𝘰𝘸. Finally, Yang Mulia Dayang Nurliyana Fatin Arifin, Senior Manager at Ghanim International Corporation Sdn Bhd talked about 𝘜𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦, while Yang Mulia Awang Mohammad Isa Liew Mohd Amin Liew, Head of Business Banking at Baiduri Bank, talked about 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴.

These topics were highlighted to assist individuals in advancing towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the acquisition of useful information and a variety of potential avenues for taking their invention production to the next level.

The seminar concluded with an audience-led question-and-answer session.
