Religious Unit of UTB and ExCo Religious and Spiritual held a religious talk commemorating the Maulidur Rasul 1445H. The event was held at the University’s Concourse Hall.
Present as the Guest Honour was the Vice-Chancellor of UTB Yang Mulia Datin Paduka Professor Dr Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman. Also in attendance were UTB principal officers, staff, and students.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by Selawat Tafrijiyyah and Selawat Syifa’a. The religious talk was delivered by Yang Mulia Ustaz Pengiran Ahmad Faris Ramadhani bin Pengiran Haji Sellahhuddin, Mosque Affairs Officer of Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah on ‘Sunnah Dihayati Hidup Diberkati’.
During the talk, Ustaz highlighted the biography of Prophet Muhammad’s S.A.W and emphasised His exemplary character as a guide for His ummah (followers). He encouraged the audience to emulate and incorporate the Prophet’s practices into their lives.
The event then concluded with the recitation of Doa Selamat.
