A Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) was signed between Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) and E-Government National Centre (EGNC), Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications. The event was held at EGNC Headquarters.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat, followed by welcoming remarks by the Chief Corporate Officer of EGNC. The event then proceeded with the signing of MoC.
The signatories were Yang Mulia Pengiran Zainathul Shema binti Pengiran Haji Metassan, Acting Registrar and Secretary of UTB and Yang Mulia Mazriyani binti Haji Abdul Ghani, Director of EGNC. Representing as witness for UTB was Yang Mulia Dr. Haji Sharul Tazrajiman bin Haji Tajuddin, Dean of School of Computing and Informatics, UTB and EGNC was Yang Mulia Hajah Ilyasuriani binti DP Haji Hamdani, Chief Corporate Officer.
The MoC signed encompassing areas of cooperations such as student internship placements and project opportunities; training and capacity building exchange; collaboration in the organization of seminars, conferences, and hackathons; joint research in technology fields and others.
