Staff from the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) participated in a series of workshops held in conjunction with the C3L Open Day and Lifelong Learning Festival 2026, organised by the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at ILIA Building, Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
The workshops focused on key areas relevant to professional and personal development, including the Integration of Al in Digital Pedagogy, and Practical Workplace Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
Representing the Faculty of Engineering, UTB, Yang Mulia Professor Dr Hasnain Isa, Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), and Yang Mulia Awang Haji Md Abu Yazid bin Haji Damit attended the workshop on Practical Workplace Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, while Dr Tan Soon Jian, Dean of Faculty of Engineering participated in the session on Integration of Al in Digital Pedagogy.
The workshops provided participants with the opportunity to gain practical insights from experienced facilitators, engage in hands-on learning activities, and network with professionals and stakeholders from various institutions.
