The programme area offers PhD in the programmes of ‘Food Science and Technology’ as well as Masters by research of ‘Food Science and Technology’. A candidate can be offered a place if the programme area is able to provide adequate supervision and facilities in the candidate’s chosen area of research. Interested candidate can contact the dean of the school for further details of specialisation and research projects. Currently, We also offer 'Master in Food Science and Technology (by Coursework)' by part-time and full-time, aiming to enhance and expand the knowledge in the area of food science, nutrition, processing and preservation as well as food safety management system.
