In our effort to protect the health and safety of our staff and to support the advised from the Ministry of Health on the current situation of the COVID-19 in the country, we are pleased to inform on the temporary changes and procedures of UTB Quotation / Tender counter service as stated below. 

Temporary changes for UTB Quotation/Tender Payment Counter service: 

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am-11.30 am  

Saturday:  9.00 am-10.30 am       

Vendors and Contractors /Suppliers are required to follow the following instructions.

  1. Interested vendors, contractors / suppliers are advised to contact Finance Office at 2461024 (Morning only) to schedule for appointment.
  2. Vendors and contractors / suppliers are then requested and to seek approval from UTB BCP in order to visit UTB Finance counter through email utb.bcp@utb.edu.bn (A minimum of two (2) days before the arrangement date). 

 

We are pleased to invite you to submit quotation(s) for the following. For those who wish to participate and submit their quotation(s), softcopy of quotation is printable / downloadable at link provided down below. No hard copy document will be provided at the payment counter.

CONDITIONS OF QUOTATIONNEW 

  • The administrative fee must be paid in CASH or as stated in mode of

paymentNEW .

  • The University will not entertain quotations/tenders submitted in other forms. 
  • All requirements in the form should be written correctly and clearly. 
  • The University will not necessarily accept the lowest quotations or other

quotations/tenders. 

  • Copies of Registration of Business Certificate must be enclosed with the submitted

quotation. 

  • For company registered under Companies Act, Chapter 39 (Sdn Bhd or Berhad), to

attach Certificate of Tax Compliance ‘COTC’ certified by Revenue Division,

Ministry of Finance and Economy. [ADDITIONAL

  • Attached a copy of payment receipt with the submitted quotation. 
  • Incomplete quotations/tenders will not be entertained. 
  • Quotations/tenders received after the date and time as specified will not be

entertained. 

  • Any inquiries regarding the quotation, please email to end user. Please see

email address on the last page quotation form. 

 

Original documents with copy of official receipt must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE(S) by stating the followings in the top right hand of the side envelope: 

  1. Quotation Reference Number 
  2. Quotation Descriptions 
  3. Advertisement Opening Date 
  4. Advertisement Closing Date 

The quotation(s) in sealed envelope(s) must be submitted no later than the time as specified on the closing date and to be addressed to:
